An Adult Story Time

At the age of 20, I was in desperate need of true love. Since I had never felt anything remotely close to love, I yearned for someone to love me unconditionally. The college boys were all the same. None had the lovable qualities I searched for.

I began trying online dating services. Being very skeptical about finding true love on the computer, I was very careful not to believe much I was told by complete strangers.

Something different happened on a hot summer night in August. A self proclaimed musician shared with me his tragic story. A year before his mother had died of stomach cancer, and he still missed her terribly. I couldn't help but to believe every word he said. I felt compelled to want to console him in a nurturing way. He was so lovable with his big black gorgeous eyes which his avatar showed. In the midst of his gorgeous looks he seemed so timid and sad.

I didn't think of it as anything else but a stranger needing compassion, but little did I know that I would find true love within the three days that would follow.This gorgeous man was lovable in every possible way.We exchange phone numbers, email addresses and we shared pictures from every body and face angle we could find.

This online dating service did exactly what it said it would do(i.e., find you someone to love). Within three days of talking ,making long distance phone calls and sharing long conversations throughout the night, we made plans to marry each other. We declared our love, which at the time might not have been genuine, and made plans to visit each other.

The long distance relationship grew intense as the months went by. Six months later, I decided to visit for the Christmas break and spend two weeks over at his house visiting him and getting more close and personal. What was supposed to be a two week stay ended up being a 3 year stay.

We were madly in love and married within 2 months. Three years later we had our first child and two years after that we are still madly in love.
