An Adult Story Time

Dating free of drama and formal relationships is my type of dating right now. Ijust got out of a long relationship, and I am not ready for a full time partner. No matter how handsome the guy is, I am still not ready to settle down. I just can't embrace the thought of me being tied down again to a person, I feel like I should be exploring my options and dating free of rules and expectations from another person. My last relationship was overten years long. My partner was very controlling and never let me be myself. He was always jealous and never allowed me to have any male friends or even have any common conversation with any other men other than him, This went on for almost eleven years, but I finally came to my senses and broke up with him before our eleventh anniversary. I was so confused when i found out that he was cheating on me. How can someone always worry about what you are doing but never follow their own standards? This troubled me greatly and for a while I was bitter towards men. I finally got over that feeling about a six months after being broken up with him, I decided to start dating others, but I wanted to really make up for all of the fun I had been missing. This pushed me into a promiscuous stage in which I started having sex with a lot of men at bars. I have settled down since then, but I am still looking for dating free of attachment. I think I might have to go to therapy before I am ready for a real relationship again. My ex was emotionally abusive and I need to learn how to get past that and trust others.

I know dating free of expectations cannot last forever, but I have been enjoying it. I have encountered some pretty good penis over time and have met several partners that have really rocked my world.
