An Adult Story Time

My best friend Sandy,called me last night and asked me if I wanted to go to the new bar that had just opened up downtown. Of course I said yes, I needed to get out. I have had a very long week at work and needed some time to get out and have fun. She said that she was bringing this new guy that she had met on some dating services that she has been participating in. I said that was fine if she didn't mind a third wheel. She said I didn't have to worry about that because her guy friend was bring along a single friend that I could hang out with. Even better I said, now I won't feel like I'm just dragging along with them.

Sandy came over to my apartment to pick me up and the two guys were in the car waiting for us. I was nervous, but felt good about it all. When I climbed in the back seatwith the guy I was suppose to date that night and was pleasantly surprised. He was very handsome, and really looked like theguy that was my first love in high school. We said hello, and then started to talk about all sorts of things. I felt like we immediately hit it off, which was wonderful. Meeting people from dating services always don't go all that well, most of the time. But I think that is just how your attitude is towards the dating services. Most people go into it thinking it's going to be a disaster, then usually that is how it turns out. But if you think positively about it, most times than not, it will go well. With dating services it is very likely that you can find your true love. It is very possible, and I have had friends that have had that happen to them.

Our night out on the town went very well. My date for the night was very sweet, kind, caring, and lot's of fun. We danced and laughed and had a great time. When it was time to go home, Sandy was the one driving so she dropped both of the guys off at her boyfriend's house. She walked him to the door while my date stayed behind in the car with me to say goodnight. He gave me the sweetest kiss that I have ever had. And of course, we made plans for a second date.
