An Adult Story Time

Dating in general is hard especially, after the age of 30. I have a friend named Tara that has signed up for free dating sites. She is not really looking for Mr. Right, she just want to go out with someone of the opposite sex and have fun.

The free dating sites that Tara belong to have profiles on them that say almost the same as any other guys on the site. They like long walks, rock and roll and cheese cake. They almost always have kids and they are very passionate about how great these kids are. Tara says that when she finally finds someone interesting, all they do is talk about the former wife and how she is draining him dry financially.

A few months ago, we tried to fix her up on a blind date. She really liked the guy, they got along great. She got all the way to a third date and found out that he was married! We didn't know that either. Everyone who had a hand in it tried to make it up to her, but she decided to go with the free dating sites instead.

She finally finds a nice, down to earth guy. They go out on a couple of dates to nice restaurants, the movies and even spent one day going horseback riding. So, the guy emails her one day and says that there was something very important he had to tell her. She thinks he's married or doesn't like her; everything was going through her mind except for what he actually had to tell her.

Tara meets him at their favorite restaurant and he walks in kisses her and sits down like everything is normal. They order their meal and talk about general things until finally, Tara asks he what it was he needed to tell her. He takes some deep breathes, starts sweating and can't seem to get it out. At this point, he's making Tara nervous and she begins to think he's going to ask her to marry him. They sit looking all around the room anywhere but looking at each other. Finally, he takes her hand and says to her that he wasn't who she thought he. He leans in and says, "I was born a woman and I haven't completed my sex change." With that being said, my friend has sworn off free dating sites!!!
